Congratulations on your decision to adopt a new friend!

Listed below are the adoption fees for our dogs, cats and small animals. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our shelter staff at reception@parl.org or 401-421-1399.

Dogs

6 months and older $225 / Under 6 months $350

Dog and Puppy Adoptions include:

  • Spay/Neuter Surgery
  • Distemper Vaccination
  • Bordetella Vaccination
  • Rabies Vaccination
  • Heartworm Test and preventative
  • Deworming
  • Flea preventive
  • Microchip
  • Free Initial Veterinary Exam
  • Sample bag of Hill's Science Diet Food
  • Lifetime Behavioral Support (by phone or email)
  • Subscription to PARL’s e-news & updates

    • * specific vaccines may vary depending on age of animal & length of time in our care

    Cats

    6 months and older $90 / Under 6 months $175 ($50 discount for 2 or more)

    Cat and Kitten Adoptions include:

  • Spay/Neuter Surgery
  • Distemper Vaccination
  • Rabies Vaccination
  • Deworming
  • Flea preventive
  • Microchip
  • Free Initial Veterinary Exam
  • Sample bag of Hill's Science Diet Food

    Rabbits - $50

    Rabbit Adoptions include:

    Guinea pigs - $25
    Rats, Mice, Gerbils and Hamsters - $10
    Ferrets - $65 (includes rabies vaccine)
